I am all about trying new things this year. Especially, when it comes to working out and helping care for my little guy's bum. I was so lucky to score an invite to the launch of Boudreaux Butt Paste's newest product launch for the Maximum Strength Jar hosted by MomTrends. And what better way to celebrate than with an awesome booty workout at the gorgeous Exhale Spa in NYC.

I joined these amazing moms, and the cutie baby Boudreaux himself (in the plush!), for an all out booty-licious exercise class. What better way to end my week, right?! Exhale Spa formulated a unique workout just for us. It incorporated Single Leg Lunges, Turned Out Thigh, the Clamshell and of course my booty toning favorite, the Tabletop. Followed by some nutritious snacks and a relaxing message. Pretty awesome, I KNOW!
