/P.volve just opened their new Soho Studio and I was super excited to try out one of the most popular classes! I love their moto, pain is not gain, pain is just pain! So true!!

What I love most about P.volve is their approach to fitness. It elongates your shape and builds strength. NOT BULK! I run a lot and have built up some bulky leg muscles as a result. Now, I am not going to give up my favorite workout just because of that but combining this workout with running will really help to shift and reshape that muscle that I’ve built. I am so excited to see the results. Giving me the best body for me! And they can do the same for you. Helping you achieve your body goals.
