The best part is all services can be performed in the comfort of your own home, if you live in Manhattan or Westchester County.  

I visited the Chelsea location and had Joe as my recovery specialist (pictured above).  He was just the best! He was very thorough and overall, amazing. He walked me through the whole consultation process and provided the best source of recovery for me, which was the deep tissue recovery massage. After the massage I felt the direct effects immediately: stress relief and pain relief.

The office was cute, quaint and relaxing- perfect for the purpose! It was also very clean, as client health and safety are top priority for Premier Sports Recovery. Here is a photo of the room in which the massage was performed. There was a perfect balance of light and fresh air which allowed for the most natural and relaxing experience.
